Who is Tim Söderqvist?

I am a 23 year old (track & field) athlete based in Sweden, specialized in hammer throwing. However, there’s more to it than spinning around a couple times and throwing heavy stuff as far as I can.

I not going in circles – I’m going forward.

Every week, month and year I lift tons in the gym, I throw thousands of hammers and I do everything I can to go forward. To go further.

Through the last couple of years I’ve been Swedens top hammer thrower in my age. And now, as a second year senior athlete in 2018, I’m starting to get established among the top senior hammer throwers of Sweden. I’ve also proudly been competing for my country several times, for example I represented Sweden at the European Junior (U23) Championships in 2017.
